Location and food is good. Rooms are OK, manageable and it is just fine for me for the hot afternoon in Bhavnagar. Restaurant staff are very well behaved and made food available as requested.

Staff were friendly at check in . They did provide a huge fruit platter in the evening. They meant well but I think it was too excessive since it was precut. Location was good. Near various restaurants.

This is worst hotel management. Hotel management is worst. I was traveling from pune to bhavnagar. Booking was confirmed but in the night when I reached staff rudely refuse to give me room. he said they have party going on here so some one just booked all the room. I told him I have confirmed booking but he said he got good deal so gave my room to other. Wtf what a service. Even when I went on Google and search everyone is saying same thing like mine. Owner cancel booking without confirmations.

We had a very comfortable stay at this large hotel. Good-sized rooms, comfortable beds, good hot water and wifi.

Had booked a Deluxe room but was provided a small room in corner where you open door and you have bed and get down of bed you go to toilet. Staff refused to change irrespective of my appeals that I have booked a Deluxe room. They give least preference to booking.com guests. If you get reservation in better property go for it rather than this one. This should be your last preference hotel.
