You can hear all sorts of noises early morning like staff talking to each other, or when CLeaning next door. I also would like to put a complaint in please- 25th of may was a wedding event at your place. 27th may I had noticed my branded “Charlotte tilbury “ foundation went missing from my room, it was definitely stolen from house keeping. I did not complain in the day as I thought I will clear the room myself just incase I find it, but unfortunately it wasn’t nowhere to be found. It’s a very expensive item and am very upset.

“Excellent Stay in Bharuch”

I had an overall good stay at Hyatt Place Bharuch. The front desk staff are very proficient, professional and genuinely helpful. The entrance and reception sitting area are exceptional and create a very welcoming first impression. The hotel is in a great location, with security at the front door who are polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well maintained, with excellent housekeeping throughout my stay. There were plenty of water bottles provided in the room and the bathroom was excellent with a great, powerful shower. Breakfast had a good variety overall however, the tables could be reset more quickly rather than being left for some time unclean. It would also be better to have individual sachets of honey and jams rather than using shared jars like the butter. A wider cheese selection would be a nice improvement and fresh croissants made daily would really elevate the breakfast experience. Communication was occasionally difficult, even though I speak Hindi, Gujarati and English. Some additional training for restaurant staff may be beneficial, and all guests should be treated equally. The restaurant à la carte menu however, is excellent. Food ordered from the menu was fresh, well prepared and of very good quality. The gym could benefit from an upgrade. It currently has only hand barbell weights, with no proper weight training bar and plates. Adding a bar with plates secured using collars would make it safer and more practical for training. The equipment overall needs updating and the floor mats were dirty and should be replaced. The main downside was the Wi-Fi, which was unreliable at times, hence the 4-star rating. Overall, an outstanding place to stay in Bharuch. The hotel is comfortable, well run and supported by friendly and professional staff, with just a few operational details that could be improved.
