Although I had already prepaid and confirmed my booking, the hotel initially denied giving us the room, saying the property was full. It was a very disappointing and unprofessional welcome experience after arriving at the hotel. Expected much better hospitality and coordination from the management.

There was a cockroach in the room, and I was upgraded to a different room. In the new room, the toilet flush was faulty, and the bidet spray hose was cracked, leaking. To top it all, the window glass on the 3rd floor passage just fell off. Luckily, no one got hurt.

It was comfortable stay for me i regularly stay there food was amazing staff was so polite and humble they helps you in everything specially sumaiya and kajal on the reception was very helpful.
