We are experienced travellers and when comparing this resort with other 5 star places we definitely felt it fell well below the standards you would expect from the a top rated resort. The villa with the private pool was specious and comfortable. The tv worked well but the WiFi was inconsistent (we understand this is due to the telecom provider and not the resort's fault). The day safari we booked was pleasant and both our driver and guide did a very good job.

We were upgraded to a villa with private pool. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the spa bath. Food was good. The safari guide was great and we really enjoyed our boat trip and jeep tour. We enjoyed the cultural dance session, it was fun joining in!

The staff are marvellous. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They are attentive without being intrusive.

We enjoyed our stay in a clean and quite big room, with nice people and an interesting safary to the jungle.

We stayed at River Bank Jungle Resort for four nights. The hotel grounds are essentially a nature park, offering the opportunity to see crocodiles, birds, and other animals right from the hotel terrace. In the evening, we had the chance to watch a local cultural dance show at the hotel. The breakfast and dinner was very tasty, and the hotel also provided pucked lunch meals for us on the days of our excursions. We used the hotel’s services to go on excursions every day. The best hotel and guide (Utsab Neupane) in Nepal. We had unforgettable experiences and impressions. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely property but didn’t really have any guests… so did not function quite as it should. This certainly impacted some food choices; notably deserts!

Had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort! Surrounded by breathtaking nature, the resort offers a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. The accommodations were cozy, and the activities like jungle safaris were fantastic. A special shoutout to Mahato Sir, the Manager, whose hospitality made all the difference. His warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend this beautiful retreat for anyone seeking peace, nature, and top-notch service!

A Perfect Nature Retreat! I had an amazing stay at River Bank Jungle Resort. Surrounded by stunning natural beauty, it’s the perfect place to unwind. “Poor value for money”

The view from the deck is outstanding. It can be a very peaceful environment to watch wildlife. The swimming pool is also very nice.
