I agree with previous reviews that staff are super friendly, warm and accommodating. They made me feel welcome and seen. Whenever I walked by they checked in to see whether everything was fine. They also provided me with suggestions for hikes in the area. The hotel and room made me feel calm and at home, and the rooftop gave an amazing view of the city and the surrounding mountains. On clear days, the Himalayas could be seen. There was unlimited access to filtered water and toilet paper. I would stay here again

“Great place with nice atmosphere”
Great location on quiet alley but close to sights. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful, nice to play guitar with them one night. Had the suite with balcony, wonderful, very cosy, felt at home. Liked the old house very much with al the steps and corners and wooden beams in the ceiling. Would return any minute.

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. My room wasn't big but with a clothes hanger and a table with chair so there was enough space for all my things. There is a kettle and hairdryer too. The towels are nice and clean.

The friendliest staff. Good food including plentiful breakfast. Ideal location next to Durbar square. My room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Loved it here

The location is very close to Centre. On street front, the room was noisy with scooters and people using the well opposite. Thank god for the heated blanket!! The shower was fabulously hot. Breakfast was a nice mix of fruit and egg and pancakes.

Room was pleasant and spacious. Tea and coffee provided in room. A decent breakfast served on the rooftop terrace. Nice views of the mountains on a clear day. Staff at reception helpful and friendly.

“Decent”
Great staff and had a big room so was spacious with a balcony. Was on the right side not to hear the dogs but there was live music that was quite loud on the Saturday evening.
