The location couldn’t better - you are literally staying in a museum. The family and staff are wonderful. Friendly atmosphere, comfy rooms, breakfast on the rooftop.

A nice and comfortable hotel, very close to the historic sights of Bhaktapur. Staff were friendly, helpful in arranging taxi pick-ups and drop-offs and arranging tours. They also provided boxes of breakfast, even though we left well before breakfast started. Highly recommended!

What’s more, the location is unbeatable – just a short walk to Durbar Square, super convenient for exploring. The whole staff team provided warm, friendly service and made me feel right at home. Definitely a great choice, I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

I thought that from the room the mountain view would be clear which was not. The hotel people (the owner and his family were humble no doubt) but the facilities were not up to the mark. They even gave us an upgrade on the room ( so nice of them) but the facilities were not up to the mark. If they work on that add more staff and facilities like toiletries, AC, and a ceiling fan(mandatory). Humble people work there, it's their home but when you are operating a hotel it should be better One that is my honest Openion. *** A very crucial thing to mention is that the hotel is under the Bakhtapur heritage site and to enter the area needs ticket and the price is 500 NPR which was a total surprise for us. Both booking.com and the hotel while confirming and on WhatsApp should inform beforehand that! It led us a total surprise and we were not happy about that at all!***

Exceptional stay – exceeded all, Highly recommended – great value and location. Breakfast is also excellent and very kindly and helpful staff and great view of mountains on rufftop "Overall, a wonderful stay. very quiet at night and high-speed Wi-Fi. Minor note for future guests: the walk to the main square is about 5 minutes, and the elevator is a bit small, so plan accordingly. Still a 10-star experience for the price!" Next time I definitely stay lots of time in this hotel.

Convenient. Great staff. Helped with my taxi booking to Nagarkot. Had a heater for the winter. Had hot water shower.

This is a lovely family owned and run hotel. Asha the owner is a wonderful host--lots of local information. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning with the best view! My bed in 205 was more comfortable than my bed at home. There is noise from the street (I arrived at festival time) but as soon as that's finished, the neighbourhood is dead quiet and was no problem at all. To be honest, being in the middle of a festival and being able to watch it pass by from my vantage point was so much fun! It's a block away from the Squares.
