“The stay at Golden Gate Guest House was wonderful, the room with balcony was perfect!”
The room was excellent, spacious, light filled, quiet and in perfect location! The bathroom was good as well and there always was warm water. The staff was caring and always available.

Wonderful location and great view form the rooftop. Perfect place to enjoy the soul and Bhaktapur and its spirit. A great place to stay and enjoy with a pleasent, quiet yard. Higly reccomended!

“Great staff, delicious breakfast and food….”
I really enjoyed my stay, the staff are a delight, and I admire that there was a lovely man which a disability whose name I have forgotten working on the main reception. It was perfect and have the upmost respect for him and the owner, who’s name I is passionate about his country and his workers. Definitely come back.

It's just a sensational place to stay. Great room with a great view. Totally quiet and yet right in the center. The staff is so warm and helpful. The breakfast is unbeatable. For a tour of Bhaktapur, I would prefer an overnight stay here to any accommodation in Kathmandu

The location is very convenient yet quiet; most major attractions of Bhaktapur are within walking distance. We also enjoyed their breakfast which was big and delicious, especially the masala tea.

The location is amazing! We booked a room with a shared bathroom and the owner let us use a private bathroom of another unoccupied room next to ours which was super nice!! The bed was comfy and there was hot water and a mosquito net. It's a quiet spot in the middle of the old city centre.
