“Great location, decent breakfast but rooms could be better”
The hotel's location is great. The exhibition ground are close and there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which offers great connectivity to all the malls etc., which are close by. Lower pollution levels due to the proximity to the sea, also help.

The accommodation is below average. In the bathroom, the plastic toilet seat was broken, and there was no showerhead handset in the shower. The hotel is located right next to the highway, and the windows are single-pane, resulting in significant noise levels. Although towels were replaced daily, the cleaning lacked thoroughness. The breakfast offered was strictly basic, with no notable quality. Additionally, the hotel is far from the city center, and with Istanbul's traffic, it takes at least two hours to reach.

Room aircondition work only one day. Floor was so dirty that i need to wash my feet after shower again! They forgot towels and shampoo after one day. Breakfast was really poor. I only choose this because location of tuyap. very expensive compairing price and quality.

The staff were always nice and helpful with everything, especially Ümit who speaks English and is always welcoming and will help with everything from things you need, food and finding a taxi. I will definitely come back.
