“A place that truly deserves 5 stars. The hotel offers excellent value for money, and the service was outstanding.”
The place was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly — especially the receptionist Oğuzhan, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Emir was also excellent, and the entire team was amazing. There was also a housekeeping staff member who was very cooperative, responded to requests immediately, and was extremely honest and trustworthy. The free tea throughout the entire stay was a lovely touch. The room was very quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The hotel truly deserves 5 stars and is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Istanbul. It was very easy to reach, and the airport transfer service was excellent. Honestly, it was an absolutely outstanding hotel. I will definitely come back again!

“I will keep my complains till I get my money back , these are the staff who threatened me to block my flight with police”
Nothing good, staff very rude and there’s no electricity on the hotel and they have generators which very noisy and 4 times the electricity stopped on the morning and night , and they don’t want give paper ( receipt or invoice ) because there’s no electricity power Room not clean and the room and toilet have a cockroach and they know about it and you need to call them to clean the room ,, I make a complain to booking and asked for full refund When I told them they said we will call the police and they call the police for me and they threatened me for blocking me from travel ( which’s very funny ) and when the police come they agreed that’s there’s no poser electricity and they done discount for me But I’m still have my complaint and will get them pay me back Very bad experience unfortunately
