“A little tired but wouldn't take much to get it back to standard. Brilliant location and community”

Located just outside of Bevanga (200m to entrance of Old Town). Brilliant location to also see other towns like Spello, Assisi, Spoleto and Todi. It was hot when we were there so the pool was refreshing in the large garden and grassed area. Breakfast each day was quite good. We walked into Bevanga each night and stayed for a few hours - it was so welcoming and friendly. The onsite manager was very helpful if we needed anything. Bevanga is an amazing little town with really good food, bars and a family vibe. The locals are fantastic people. Lots of history like the Roman Bath, media-evil theatre that is still being used, old water wheel on the river, etc

“We had a very stay close to Bevagna”

We liked that the property was so close to Bevagna, just a 5 minute walk away. The pool is a huge asset in the hot weather and our room was great. The host was very kind and welcoming. The room was great.

Location was excellent. 5 min walk to main street. Pool was refreshing. Garden surrounds were nice. Room had a lovely balcony. Good breakfast provided. Rate was good value.

The host was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, and my special requirements were happily met. The room was ample, and it had a kitchenette and a good-sized table. There was a lovely terrace out back, with a beautifully fragrant jasmine covering the back wall. The onsite parking was plentiful. Bevagna is lovely, and the property is a very short walk away from the town centre. The main restaurant that provides dinner had a dish of gnocchi in Sagrantino sauce, which was incredible. (Sagrantino is the excellent red wine from the local area.)

Great host who works very hard to ensure comfort of his guests. Very good accommodation in easy walking distance of Bevagna historic centre. Lovely swimming pool and garden surroundings. Breakfasts provided to each room. Small kitchenette included.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to some great restaurants. The property was clean, well kept & the rooms were a great size. We particularly enjoyed breakfast delivered to the room! The owner was so helpful in ensuring we had a comfortable stay.

“Great location as a base.”

Nice old style furniture Italian apartment. Bathroom and shower were good. We had an upper floor apartment so a little view as well. A few windows and a small balcony so get plenty of breeze and light. Breakfast is fine and delivered to your room every morning (or as we did a few times you can have it at a local ‘bar’ outside the town (adjoining a petrol station). The manager is a friendly hearty guy who will help with any questions and needs. There is a pool in the grounds with chairs and umbrellas. The best part was an easy 200m walk to the little town of Bevagna which is a dreamy little village especially in afternoons and evening when the locals (and a much lesser number of tourists) are out for a walk and socialising. Gives you a very local feel. We strolled up there most nights for a glass of wine at one of the many nice wine bars and a meal. See separate reviews on TA re Scottaditto restaurant and Giovanni at N’Anticchia wine bar. Bevagna is a good central location for day trips to Spello (the best), Assisi, Spoleto, Todi etc

“A pleasant stay in a town that we nothing about and exceeded our expections”

Only a 5 mintue walk to the town and also close to towns like Spello and Assisi. A Number of great local restaurants close to the hotel. Plenty of parking.

Our stay here was wonderful. Excellent service, with a special touch for our anniversary. There’s a great deli in Bevagna and we had a wonderful al fresco meal by the pool The bed was so comfortable

A beautiful fresh breakfast was delivered each morning to our room, including one of the best cream (custard) filled croissants I ever had. Easy walk to Bevagna town and easy private carpark with easy access to roads to surrounding hill towns. It was relaxing and peaceful after morning and evening drives.

“Perfectly situated just outside the town centre of Bevagna”

A two-room flat with the "kitchen" in a cupboard - smart. Breakfast was being delivered to the flat in the morning. The house is situated just outside the centre of Bevagna and you can easily walk into town at night for a good meal in one of the restaurants. Good parking and a very friendly host.

The host was available, kind and helpful. The breakfast was good.

The location hasa great garden that provides an amazing view from the window. In the morning there is so much quiteness and peace that you can easily find inner balance. I was there for the Mercato Delle Gaite and the whole city was in a continuous party. Deffinitely will come back!
