“Do not book this property!”
We showed up around 17:30, and the hotel was not opened. We could not event talk to anybody. Instead we received an e-mail 17:00 past saying that they cannot arrange a room. We were already not happy, but then now, we were charged for 'no-show'! To start with, how come we can book a room if the hotel/a room is not available? And then, the property is claiming for 'no-show' It is really disappointing experience !

“Clean and large rooms, perfect place for a family stop-over on the way to Neuschwanstein Castle!”
Big and clean rooms, plenty of parking and very nice staff. We went with a family (2 kids) and it was nice to have separate rooms for adults and children. The staff were nice too, a good stop-over on the way to the Neuschwanstein Castle!

They had a restaurant but no breakfast not even a cup of coffee was offered. The room wasn't the usual standard of German hotels. It badly needed a face lift.

Wery clean, good brekfast and really tasty dinner. We loved the location and the friendly surroundings. We found a wonderful gem a cross the street, Wiskey and stone, a beautiful wiskey club with very friendly people. a A really unique experience

We traveled as a family. The staff (there was only one person who did everything) was very friendly and helpful. Very close to Kempten where there are shopping opportunities and places to eat.
