“Hidden gem in Betty's Bay”

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Stream. The cottage is spacious, beautifully decorated, very well equipped and, best of all, its dog-friendly! The setting is fantastic; beautiful mountain views, far enough from the hustle and bustle to be peaceful, but close enough to the beaches to walk the dogs and easy access to shops & restaurants (a few minutes by car). The property is fenced off, which gave us peace of mind with our dogs. Highly recommended, particularly for dog parents.

Everything was taken care of and all in all it is Avery sweet cottage. Comfortable bed, nice outside seating area. Coffee, nespresso even, milk, rusks, everything is supplied and taken care of. Thanks a lot for that wonderful stay

“Such a Relaxing Little Cottage”

We had such a lovely stay! The cottage was impressively clean and the layout was really well thought out, with beautiful mountain views that made it such a relaxing place to be. The bed was super comfortable with really nice linen, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also loved the thoughtful little touches, like the mini cheese and cracker selection and having sunscreen and aftersun in the bathroom. Check in was easy and the location is great, within walking distance to On the Edge Restaurant. It was also a big bonus that we could bring our 4 month old puppy. He settled in so well and clearly felt right at home. We actually ended up spending much more time at the cottage than planned because it was just so comfortable and relaxing. Would definitely recommend.

“Gorgeous cottage in a stunning, tranquil setting”

We spent an incredible 4 nights at Hidden Stream Cottage with our 2 dogs. The cottage is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed during our stay. The hosts, Sarie and Deon, were really helpful and we felt really special with the extra small touches they provided. One of my favourite things was enjoying a cup of coffee outside with the stunning mountain views. The cottage is located within a short drive to a few nearby beaches. The property was also fenced off which gave us peace of mind with our dogs. They had a blast there too!

Thank you to the awesome hosts/owners. They really take their guests' needs into consideration. They left complimentary surprises upon arrival. The cottage is perfectly equipped with everything you'll need. Wow! It was so stylish and beautiful! The surroundings, the smells, everything! It was so worth it. Waking up each day, having morning coffee, watching the mountains, and seeing nature wake up too, that was a blessing. The evenings, lighting up the firepit and watching the nightsky, uninterrupted from noise and lights. There is so much more to enjoy and appreciate. Would love to visit again.

“Hidden Gem”

A hidden gem. The house is so beautifully decorated, just amazing. Shows the care taken by the owners. The place is also really cool. Although you don't have a view of the ocean you can hear the ocean and you have a view of the mountain . The place is so calm and peaceful. The owners were really friendly as well. Wish we spend more days here. Really close to bettys as well.

Everything about our stay was amazing, surrounded by beautiful mountains and fynbos and so many homely and tasteful touches to make it a comfortable and delightful stay.
