Everything exceeded our expectations from the wonderfully central location, just a short drive from Perugia, Assisi, and Spello, to the peaceful and picturesque setting surrounded by nature. It felt like a hidden gem, offering both convenience and serenity. The staff were exceptiona! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

“You will fall in law with beautiful view from that place.”
It has perfect location at the hill - you may expect really beautiful view on Perugia, Assisi, Spello. Also beautiful sunset and sunrises only made that feeling of staying there better. People there are extremely helpful- we had some additional requests and they gave us all we needed. Swimming pool is another reason why you may want to go there.

Well kept property in a quiet location among the vines and with a beautiful view of the hills towards Assisi. The staff were lovely and the facilities were spotless. We relaxed during our 2 day stay. We got good advice about where to visit.

The location could be in the Tuscan Hills. We could see the city of Assisi across the Valley. Peaceful. Great WiFi. Staff courteous and helpful. The bathroom was perfect with a wonderful shower. Beautiful pool. Great restaurant on site.

“It was a wonderful 5 days. We feel like part of the family now.”
The owner and staff are friendly and could not do enough to make our stay more wonderful. The restaurant has a small menu and all the food is freshly made with ingredients from the Umbrian countryside. The pool and pool deck are perfect for cooking off on a hot summer day!
