The apartment is located near the highway intersection in a quiet dead-end street. You can see a lot of Tuscany and Umbria without long rides. We didn't meet the hostess due to our late arrival, but the house was warm, and the pellet stove was burning. She communicated quickly and tried to make our stay comfortable. We even got a Christmas tree there. The thermal insulation of the building is up to low Mediterranean standards, but the heating was sufficient. We didn't miss anything and enjoyed our Christmas and the end of the year there very much.
