“Top experience, amazing comfy hotel with the best service”
Everything was amazing. Good location, ski in and out and walking distance to quite a few restaurants; great breakfast spread provided by hotel; family room was super comfortable and a good size for a family of 4; hotel provided a shuttle to and from the cable car station in a snow mobile taxi which was an experience in itself for the kids. Superb staff - left something behind and they were able it find it and mail it back!

“Fantastic authentic swiss charm”
Fantastic boutique hotel in Bettmeralp, full of charm, a nice spa (sauna, hammam, showers and a cold bucket to cool down). The room was fantastic, with every detail full of swiss authentic charm, a balcony looking on the mountains, wonderful for a morning tea. Breakfast was delicious. The entire wooden chalet charm was exactly what I love. The staff was extremely helpful.

Such a beautiful little hotel. Great room, with lots of space. Very beautifully decorated and well maintained. Lots of small gesture (free welcome coffee, free taxi to the cable car…). Fantastic fresh homemade breakfast. We absolutely loved it and will be back.

“A boutique hotel with everything- prime location near the ski lifts and restaurants- excellent staf.”
Breakfast was excellent, a variety of cereals and breads, as well as pastries, yoghurts and fresh fruits. Plus of course the European breakfast staples of cheeses, cured meats and vegetables. An excellent breakfast buffet.

“A great stay in a great place - hope to come back!”
This was an amazing trip. The hotel is exceptional, it’s location is 20 meters from a major ski lift is great. All the staff is super friendly and flexible. I had no idea what to expect - we booked this trip on a short notice when France closed its borders. The trip exceeded every expectation we had.
