We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful from the very first moment. We arrived about an hour earlier than the official check-in time, and they kindly offered us an early check-in free of charge, which we really appreciated. Late check-out was also not a problem at all, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was exactly as described — simple, but at the same time equipped with everything you need. It’s ideal for an overnight stay while travelling and exploring the surrounding area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. Although Booking.com mentions that towels are available on request for an extra charge, ours were already prepared and waiting on the bed without us having to ask, which was a very nice surprise. The restaurant was excellent, offering really tasty food at very reasonable prices. Overall, the value for money is great. The location is another big advantage — just a few steps from Betliarsky Kaštieľ, which is definitely worth visiting. We had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

“Good service and helpful staff”
Staff is very friendly, helpful and catering was really OK. The owner was very helpful and cooperative (booked for my parents 70+) This is the main reason to give higher rating.

“Feeling like living in Castle Betliar”
best location. if someone plans to visit Castle Betliar, it would be a great choice. It seems like this hotel belongs to Castle Betliar back in the day. and not so far away from the dobsina ice cave. facility condition whatsoever, I would like to give a great star only for the location.
