The property is located in the old town, where the atmosphere is exceptional. The apartment had everything you need for a five-day stay. Everything was clean, and we were pleasantly surprised by the air purifier, which showed us that the owner truly cares about the quality of the stay. There is also a parking area, about a 2-minute walk from the apartment, which is very easy to reach. The atmosphere in the apartment building is great, with each guest having their own towel rack and table. Highly recommended.

The apartments are perfectly located in the center of the Old Town of Betina. All the necessary supplies are in easy walking distance, including the beach. There are no big hotels around. Many locals and Croatians seem to spend their time in this quiet little village. Party life may be experienced in Murter. This town is only 3 to 4 km away. We originally booked two apartments for 3 persons each: the "One-Bedroom-Apartment", property numbered as Apt#1, and the "Apartment-Ground-Floor", property numbered as Apt#2. Both apartments are located in the ground floor, which, compared to the upper floors, suffers from a higher humidity and lesser options for fresh air from the outside. Apt#1 suffers less, Apt#2 suffers more. Although the owners do their best with AC and extra air-cleaners our allergic friends would not stand the situation for nine days. Our host was very helpful in this case and was able to find a replacement within one day. The host accepted to take the higher price and our friends accepted the alternative with one night less in 3 km distance. Thank you, Tina!

Very good location in the historic old town of Betina. The apartment is modern and comfortable. Air Conditioning is a life saver during hot Croatian summer.

“we love it here”
The apartment was very nice, clean, exactly according to the photos. Small but enough for the three of us (we had the smallest one). Accommodation is in the beautiful surroundings of the streets of the historic center. Tina (landlord) was very willing and provided us with all the information and recommendations not only about the accommodation but also about the surroundings. We fell in love with this place.

Tina was an excellent host! The apartment exceeded our expectations - brand new and fully equipped with so many lovely details at every corner, indoors and outdoors. All apartments share a terrace where each apartment has its own table and a laundry rack. The location is great - just a few minutes walk to the main square of Betina.
