Located just a few meters from the Church of the Nativity, this beautiful house’s facilities are in perfect condition, and everywhere you look, you will find everything clean and well organized. Although the double room where my companion and I stayed was very small, it had everything we needed and we did not feel cold (we stayed in January). Jack and his family were extremely kind in welcoming us—from the moment we arrived, during breakfast, and every time we needed something, until the very last time we left the hotel. I would definitely stay with them again!

This really is an exceptional place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone coming to Bethlehem. It is very close to the Church of the Nativity, and the hosts and food are fantastic !!!! A very enjoyable stay !

Really friendly and honest owner. You should ask him about taxi, tour, shopping for the best rate. He is really hospitable and will do everything to accommodate you. He checked in on WhatsApp in advance to make sure I’m good before arrival. In addition: the tasty water is from their well at home.

A wonderful discovery right next to Manger square, a delightful house on different levels, with antiques and plants in abundant supply. The warm local welcome ,hospitality from Jack and his wife , plus the homecooking made the bread house an ideal place to stay. Bethlehem is definitely worth spending z night or two in.

“A peaceful break in Bethlehem”
Definitely the location ! it is situated at only few hundred meters of the Nativity Church and the main place where you can sit and enjoy coffee and meal. Also for me the most important, the hospitality of the owners. Jacques and Nahida are really welcoming and caring. We felt so good that we extended our stay by one additional night.

“Warm, comfortable stay with a local family in the Heart of Bethlehem!”
I'm so grateful for my experience at Bread House. I'm a solo female traveler and did have some safety concerns, but the family at the Bread House looked after me like their daughter. I felt incredibly welcomed and part of the family. Breakfast was plentiful and they even dressed me up in traditional Palestinian wear and we did a mini-photo shoot! An experience I will never forget!
