Everything was perfect, the team was so kind the room is clean, the wifi was easy to connect without anyproblems, no problems to find parking lot, and nice that the have smokibg area inside the hotel and that they have pool table for free games. We enjoed our stay in new year eve, for sure we will come back.

“Christmas Holyday it was great I came here to sport our Christian people”

“I would repeat the stay”

“Love this hotel, especially the view from hotel room overlooking the city”
This was my second stay at the Bethlehem hotel. The room view overlooking the city is amazing. Especially morning sunrise. The staff are welcoming and helpful. Especially receptionist Jessica, who was super helpful, translating Arabic to English for me and giving good advise about the city.

“Excellent hotel! Thank you.”
The hotel in Belem is very beautiful, my room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. They answered all of my questions and they gave me directions to the Church of Nativity. It had only been 20 minutes and I have enjoyed looking around and getting to know Bethlehem a bit more. The breakfast was also very good.

The staff and owner, Jeries, were excellent. Jeries is very knowledgeable with local information. Our journey would not have been as well managed had it not been for his assistance especially as I have a 1 year old baby and 84 year old mother. We had a number of challenges prior to the leaving the UK, but everything was answered ahead which gave us the confidence to want to book again with the same hotel having stayed there the once.

Excellent location! Michael went out of his way to help us plan our trip and upgraded our rooms to the top floor so we had an amazing balcony. Felt like a home away from home.
