“Enjoyed my stay and very helpful staff”
Quiet area, great rooms and a good stopover for long long journeys across the country. Comfortable beds, parking is good and safe and they made arrangements to park especially that I had a big vehicle.

“Shocking.”
Sadly, this is an honest report not to damage the reputation of this institution but to encourage them to upgrade the facility. Obviously they can do nothing about the location but it is not in a desirable area😞 The receptionist Joyce was unfriendly uncooperative. Did not even have eye contact when speaking to us. There was NO assistance to help carry our baggage up 2 flights of stairs and we are in our 70's! We had to ask a car guard from the street to assist us. There was not even a jug of water in the room . The bedroom door was unsafe and unsecured. The lighting in the bathroom is shocking! Our main reason for booking at this institution was the access to " delicious" food and we were told at 2pm that we could not order dinner or lunch as the restaurant was closed. Also NO options were offered for dinner, not even a cup of tea! We will not be recommending this accommodation to anyone😞
