That I was informed that I will have a room with balcony and a spa bath, No balcony but have spa bath that didn't work, No milk in room and that there were people trying to break in and it looked like they just didn't care and the night after they were on the roof again but couldn't get hold of them, they advertised breakfast and when I requested more info they told me they don't serve breakfast over weekends but I was there from the Friday night till the Tuesday No breakfast for Tuesday

“Needs A lot of improvements”
Nice room however no breakfast and room given to us was very dark. Loadshedding they don't have generator during power outages and loadshedding. They also didn't have water for a whole day as they jojo tank works with electricity.
