“Don’t rely on courtesy vehicle for ‘necessary’ travel connections, make your own arrangements.”
The onsite restaurant was nice, nothing special but filling. Happy hour was a nice change also

“Fantastic flexible service”
My flight was delayed and I missed the connecting bus to Allentown. Hotel agreed to refund one night of stay without any persuasion.

“Lock on door not secure. The hotel is becoming unsafe for people are not wise to this part of town”
Reasonably priced. Wi-Fi virtually non existent. I used my cell phone as a hot spot. I grew up in this area, so I know it's not the best part of town. I've stayed here five times in seven yrs. I will not stay there again. Slowly over the yrs the hotel has degraded.

Cleaning really needs a huge improvement. The room and all facilities, like hallways, elevator, carpets, floors in general look they haven’t been cleaned for a long period
