“Excellent. I would rate the hotel 9.8 out of 10”
Room was spacious, with good furniture and working ironing equipment Breakfast restaurant was clean and easy for the self service. The arrangement was nice and the staff were very helpful Bed was large, clean, very comfortable and inviting. The hotel location near the Bethesda Station is excellent for customers using public transport.

“Great and cozy”
Hotel staff was very kind and they responded to my questions and small requests very quickly. The location was very convenient; two or three minutes waling from the Metro Station [Red Line: Bethesda Station].

I was charged a different hotel rate from the one indicated at Booking.com. I was overcharged $50 relative to the rate indicated by Booking.com, and I hope that Booking.com can help resolve this issue which is pending

The staff was rude. She asked why you booked through third-party Booking.com, they are cheaters. She did not honour the booking price commitments by Booking.com. In stead of 200.74 USD, she charged me 319 USD without breakfast or even internet connection!!!

“Will stop using booking.com and will not check inGarden Bethesda”
Dissapointed I booked a day prior 22.06 to secure my room for early arrival next day but unfortunately when I got to hotel at 8am on 23.06 I was told my booking is cancelled as there was a no show at midnight 22.06! I would not understand that because it was not 24 hrs after I turned up. Hotels check in is at 16:00 and I secured my room for avoiding a whole day wait in lobby as I was coming from a 12 hours flight with my child. My reservation was for 4 nights and still was charged 238$ for a no show which I never experienced while traveling world wide and always booked with booking.com! To conclude I will book with other booking services to avoid loosing money!!! It’s a total way to charge ppl! And was told by front desk manager that I never turned up at midnight when was closed. But my reservation stands within 24 hrs and I turned up before from 22.06 check in 16:00 to 23.06 8:00am I was there before check out at 12:00pm!! Was told I should have called hotel when I informed booking.com for my later check in! I
