Staff was very poor in communicating , a bunch of extra money had to be paid and we had no idea of this, and no proper explanation was given and the staff was not at all helpful, extra money had to be paid for breakfast as well, although we had opted for free breakfast.

Hotel staff very good. Great location with secure parking. The area has good restaurants and shops, felt safe on an evening. Good location for traveling in to Washington by metro, trains every 5 to 10 minutes, only took 15 minutes

The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The breakfast was great in the attached café. Very modern, stylish and fresh feel to everything. A few steps to the metro station with easy access to central Washington for the monuments and museums.

“Visiting family nearby. Classified as a 3 star hotel but for me it was 4+”
Size of the room and 2 queen beds which were really comfortable. Lovely linen. Buffet breakfast at weekends amazing and good value for 24 dollars. Nice bar area.
