Everything was fabulous but the cabins could be more comfortable.

Beautiful yurts, super comfortable and warm with underfloor heating in the bathroom. Ski-in / ski out. Nice restaurant options for dinner and good selection for breakfast. Overall a fantastic offering for a nomad weekend.

“Dream Come True Snow Moutain Resort Stay”

The resort meet & exceed my expectation ! Very beautiful place on earth, i tried my first ski here too ! Their staff is very friendly and prompt to help. As for the tree house, room is great, water pressure is good and water turn hot quite fast. Room is cute and cozy. And i must say buffet breakfast is wonderful ! just kinda sad to see other customer who waste food.

Beautiful scenery. But many of the activities were closed during our stay. The ugusha children’s centre was the highlight of our stay.

The resort itself is like its own small town. The resort is huge. There are various activities in the resort. It is beautiful to stroll in the resort. Breakfast area is large with multiple options. Staff all were friendly. The tree house rooms are quite small, but still good.

The rooms are very beautiful. The resort is humongous and has many sport activities in it. Should be planned for one entire day minimum to enjoy the activities. Many restaurants and good food. Spa was great as well. Veg options available in restaurants.

“Clean tree house stay with helpful activity staff, but reception lacked accurate info &guest support”

We stayed in the tree house accommodation, which was adequately sized and included all the expected amenities for a hotel room. The only challenge was carrying luggage up the incline to the rooms; however, the bellboys and hotel staff were helpful in assisting us by using the available lift. Considering the nature of the tree house, this difficulty was anticipated and was clearly communicated during booking. Breakfast was enjoyable, featuring local Kazakh cuisine that everyone appreciated. The resort was clean, and the staff were generally courteous and helpful. However, information about the shuttle bus service was inaccurate—the buses did not adhere to the published schedule, and at one point, we were stuck and had to coordinate with security staff to get assistance. While the overall staff attitude was good, the level of guidance and help was less than what one might expect from a typical resort. At the resort’s attractions, such as the Airwalk activity (officially called “Skywalk Adventure”), the staff were very helpful and attentive. As with many hotels and resorts in Almaty, the absence of a Shataff (bidet spray) in the toilets was noticeable. It would be beneficial for the resort to consider adding this facility to improve guest comfort.
