“Best location. A clean room with a great view”

“Great place in Besalu”
Great place in Besalu. From this hotel it is a short walk to the beautiful old bridge. The room was super clean and the staff is friendly. We had a great stay.

The lack of flexibility to attend a complicated situation. We arrived on 7th of June and were sleeping in a room of 15m2 WITH THREE BEDS There was not wardrobe at all, because there was not room enough for it For the next day we had reserved a room for two people on 8th of June but we arrived three of us and the assistant didn't allow us to stay in the same room. So we were forced to leave the hotel and look for another room in Portellá (10 kms out). That was a great inconvenience

There was no chair, no table, no proper wardrobe, not even a place to put the suitcase.
