Wonderful place for Ayurveda. Beautiful villa surrounded by a tropical garden. The staff is amazing, everyone was very kind and did a wonderful job. The Ayurveda is highly professional , you can expect a proper health treatment. I would come back anytime!

The stay appeared to be amazing, really friendly and hostile stuff tried to please me every single day! Massage was perfect, flower bath so relaxing, Ayurveda cuisine was quite nice and fully nourishing. I would love to come back. The place is highly recommended.

Doctor visit and treatments are great. Yoga sessions in the morning become the light of the new day. Food is traditional food and greatly cooked. Always smiling helpful personnel make the experience far more better.

My 8 day stay at Villa Velmarie was amazing and truly special! As woman traveling on my own, I felt very safe all the time. If you want to have a authentic Avuyeda experience and get to know Sri Lankan hospitality, this is definitely the place to go! The team of Villa Velmarie is just amazing, very friendly, helpful and always smiling. There are not many words needed to understand that the whole team cares with so much passion about all guests. There are only six room, so that you feel like becoming a member of Velmarie family. During my stay they were only three other guests, so that the atmosphere was just perfect and so nice! All treatments by my therapist Chaturani were excellent! The flower bath and the Shirodhare were my favorite treatments. The massages and oil treaments are wonderful as well. The cook prepares fresh and very delicious Sri Lankan foods, which she serves with a big smile. The manager tries to fulfill all wishes and helps to organise taxi rides and trips. The garden and pool area is very clear and beautiful, thanks to the great gardener who works all day. The cleaning lady provides fresh towels whenever you want and keeps everything nice and clean! The yoga lession is a perfect start of your day. Highly recommend to go there!
