“Прекрасная по цене доступная вилла.”
The villa is located in a quiet location, the ocean is 10 minutes away. take a calm step, the main road is also nearby, 5 minutes walk. The rooms in the villa are comfortable, new, there is always hot water in the shower, and excellent Wi-Fi. The owner of the villa is very caring and always asks tourists what they want. The kitchen is shared by 3 rooms on the 1st floor. The holiday was wonderful!

Beautiful calm place to stay! We chose this villa to spend our holiday as well as to get relieved from our busy life actually We are happy to say, we had a great time being here. The room was very clean, comfortable. It was fully air conditioned & the hot shower also superb. Most importantly the owner of the villa was very friendly & supportive. I would like to recommend this place any of you to come. Definitely We will come again! Thank you 😍

“Convenient, Central location but the property and the garden needs love.”
Good location. The room was very large and the bed was comfortable. Universal plug points on the walls was helpful. Breakfast was ample. The two staff members were every willing to help. Proximity to Cinnamon Bey where we had to attend a function. The room A/C was very efficient in the night.

Roshan is literally the best host you can wish for. He‘s really helpful, knows his way around town, speaks several languages and is just a really nice guy. it’s a nice and quiet place that has everything you need. nice bed, solid shower and overall a great place to stay.

“The BEST place to Stay in BERUWALA”
The owner Roshan is a really lovely person, who will help you anytime. The Wifi is excellent, and the breakfast is super nice, made on your request. The room got everything you need, with even a hot shower and mosquito net. The area is quiet but still close to everything. Can you go there without any hesitation !
