The location and the staff. food was great. this is a great hotel for relaxation and to blend with nature. Swimming pool was amazing and very well maintained. entire staff was very supportive and caring.

“Not Recommended this Hotel”
The place is in such poor condition and NOTHING looks as it is in pictures! When questioned, the staff was rude and very impolite it really ruins the experience. Also recently got to know that they don't allow Sri Lankan passport holders which is illegal in Sri Lanka. So only book if you are looking for trouble and willing to pay exorbitant amounts of money I'd say.

It's really a wonderful place. It's very beautiful. You can enjoy life freely with the nature. It's a quiet and beautiful place. You can also taste the local cuisine. The staff are very friendly. The pool, the rooms, everything is very clean and tidy. Cinnamon nature resort is a must visit place.
