“Overall exceptional stay and Superb value for money”
The place was very clean and relaxing very quiet and calm environment with a large spacious room and washroom. Facilities were good. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Great value for money.

“We would book Lena Resort again, we would recommend trying this resort out if in Beruwela”
The pool was very nice and they turned on the lights for us in the evening. The staff was really kind, they let us borrow a room in the morning, since we arrived very early from the airport. They also offered us a boat safari up a river, where we saw baby crocodiles, lots of beautiful birds and we also fed monkeys. The guide was really experienced and spoke very good English. The breakfast was alright, standard western breakfast, and they provided us with more bread if we needed it.

This is a treasure. We loved the welcome and the family who run it. The food is excellent please try the fish curry! The property is very clean in a beautiful setting and we were looked after very well nothing was too much trouble. Our only dislike is that we only had 4 nights there should have been longer ☺! Thoroughly reccomend we have been in Sri Lanka nearly 4 weeks this was the best.

“HAVEN OF PEACE”
“Lena” means “squirrel” in Sri Lankan, so don’t be surprised if you spot these little cuties around you at breakfast. This family-run place, nestled in the heart of nature, is a true haven of peace. The only sounds you’ll hear might be the songs of the birds. The hotel is just perfect ; the king-size bed is very comfortable, and the shower is worthy of a place that charges three times the price. Breakfast, included in the rate, is excellent: fresh local seasonal fruits, savory bites, and perfectly cooked eggs. Don’t hesitate to come meet this lovely family, where each member plays a specific role and does so with great care and love. Car taxi service, tuk-tuk rides, and a local guide are also available.

“Great stay, great hosts, strongly recommend to others.”
The best thing was the nature of the host family. They were very helpful. Breakfast was good in taste and quantity. Location is a bit far from beaches.
