A very large and comfortable house, located close to the beach, with a beautiful garden and a very well-equipped kitchen. The spaces are spacious and welcoming, perfect for feeling at home. The bathroom is large and comfortable, with hot water always available — a detail we really appreciated. The owners are wonderful people, very attentive and always ready to help. They were incredibly kind and thoughtful, even paying for our taxi to the station. They also allowed us to invite some friends for dinner, and we spent lovely moments together. We truly felt welcomed and cared for. A really pleasant stay that we highly recommend.

Great location especially if you want to find Halal food and mosque near by .Beach few yards away . Villa is just off main road . very spacious Ac in all 4 bedrooms . Owner provided mineral water and all utensils for daily use . very helpful guided us finding places to visit locally and places for food . Very friendly and very good communucation.

This place has been great!! If I could give more than 10 stars on here I would! Communication with Lasith (the owner) before we even arrived was great. We arrived a bit early to check in but his wife was here and made us so welcome, letting us rest and bringing us a drink while we waited. Later on Lasith took us to the supermarket so we could stock up on supplies for doing our own catering. The kitchen is really well stocked with crockery, cutlery and pans etc. the fridge freezer works really well and the washing machine was a real bonus. The bedrooms are big and beds comfy. The air conditioning in the bedrooms works really well. Bathrooms are big and showers are nice. The living area is really big with some nice big sofas and chairs and a dining table that seats 6. There are loungers and chairs outside too. The accommodation is only around 5-6 minute walk to the beach which was perfect! Our daughter would live on the beach if she could! It’s a nice beach with restaurants, surf shacks that do lessons and hire. The waves can be quite big which is fun but there can be quite a strong side current depending on the state of the tide. One of the things we did which I highly recommend is a river safari which Lasith organised for us. So much wildlife to see, the guide was excellent. Lasith also took us to the fish market at the other end of town which was great. During our stay Lasith would occasionally message to make sure everything was ok and what we were up to. He genuinely cares and is always on hand if ever there is a problem, not that we had any. He also took us to the train station on our departure which was really kind. I hope one day to return and I will also recommend to anyone at home who is thinking of coming to Sri Lanka to consider staying here. Charming villa with four rooms and beautiful green garden. We had our own food with the kitchen and enjoyed the stay. Beach is walkable and we had beach time also . Recommended for quiet stay with family or friends .

Nearby restaurants and big supermarkets like keells and Cargill's walking distance, owner and his family gives us a warm welcome and offer juices, very humble and kind people. We feel like staying our own home, all necessity available in the house. I stayed with 4 children. The house around beautiful lush green garden maintained by the owner. We will recommend other families who travel with children or without and have a wonderful experience. Thanks to the owner and his family for having us in their beautiful and big house.

It was an absolutely great week at Ceylon Serenity Villa with owner Lasith. Apartments look like a palace 😍 It was equipped with all necessary things for life. We had a good internet connection and working remotely, we cooked breakfast and ate it in the garden, it was a lovely time 😊 Owner Lasith opened for us unexpectedly welcoming Sri Lanka, he surrounded us with care and attention. Lasith is very hospitable, attentive, kind and polite. He met us at the Airport and after that every day helped us with shipping at supermarkets, dropped us to the restaurant, and exchanged money for us. And one day he organised a trip to Pinawalla and Nuwara Elia tea plantation by his comfortable car. It was unbelievable journey! Lasith decided all our questions. At the end of our journey in Bentota he took us to the train station. He is our Angel keeper in Sri Lanka 🥰 Thank you for your hospitality, cordiality, care and gifts! We will glad to see you in Moscow 🤗

It was one of the best place i ever stay. The Villa big and comfortable, and with amazing designe, very fast WiFi, we worked remotely so was great to connect to business calls, also we had a business room😻. Moragalla beach very close just 5 min by walking and secret beach as well very near. The host the best person i ever meet, his hospitality and kindness are blessing. He helped us with all issues, like our best friend. It was great welcome and great check out. I exactly recommend this place. And i would like to turn again one day.

The hosts were wonderful. Lasith was at hand with local recommendations and his wife jamila cooked us a fantastic breakfast. The villa itself is walking distance to the beach. It is large and wealth appointed and fantastic value for money. Highly recommended.

A beautiful villa in a peaceful location, very safe with locked gates and EVERYTHING you need during your stay… I mean literally everything, just like a home from home. Two bedrooms and both have very comfortable beds, with en suite washrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped should you wish to cook for yourself and there are many options for supermarkets just a short tuktuk ride away.

“It was perfect!”

As per my previous review (this is for my second booking), the house is newly-built and in perfect condition. The location is excellent, the WIFI is strong and reliable (I work online so this is important), there's a completely brand new 65" smart TV (I was the first to use it!), it has a kitchen with everything you need, also a good washing machine. The garden is really nice and the property is secure - even the neighbours are friendly! The hosts are super kind and responsive, I was also very kindly given a lift to the train station on the day I left. Absolutely recommend and would love to return some day.
