Very friendly host, large house with all required facilities. Supermarket nearby. Close to Bastogne and Achouffe. Enjoyed the recommended microbreweries.

Quiet, in a rural setting which suits us fine; lovely place, full of character, but also updated with modern conveniences and facilities. Very, very comfortable and easy to live in; really, really enjoyable stay. Wonderful hosts, Jolande and Rudy, with their excellent friterie next door. Overall, great place in a lovely, quiet village which has good facilities including an excellent supermarket called Smatch; it's close to Bastogne for its history and close to main road links for a touring base into France, Luxembourg, Belgium generally and Germany. Plus, its location in The Ardennes makes it great to get out into rural, agricultural, and green spaces. Loved it and didn't want to go home. Hope to come again.

“A nice place and friendly owner to base yourself in.”
The friendliness of the owner, Jolande. Good instruction sent to me about how to locate the property and where she lived was in relation to the property. We experienced a slight problem with one of the kitchen appliances. I contacted Jolande and told her about this, by the time we returned to the property it had been replaced, and a apology sent to my phone. There was also a nice bottle of sparkling wine left in the fridge on our arrival, a nice touch. The property had character, it is not a modern property. That is not taking anything away from it, it was perfect for our needs. The heating / water is metered, so comes at an extra cost, given the cost of energy it is something to be aware of for a longer stay. It was not an issue for us and was very reasonable.

A perfect house for our trip with family and friends. Kids loved the garden! Very comfortable house, very well equipped! The extra surprise was the chicken-fries-apple compote-vol au vent dinner service provided by the host. Delicious and great price! Jolande was extremely helpful and kind. Will return without hesitation!
