“Beautiful accommodation with great hosts.”
The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation and the hosts were very warm (we visited in January). They have two lovely Yorkshire Terriers and a larger (soft as a brush) Italian breed of dog.

Le Relais de la Chouette is in a beautiful location, in the middle of the Cote de Bourg region. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, and made our stay very pleasant.

“Highly recommend - perfect stay!”
We were greeted by a warm and friendly atmosphere. Claudia and Stephan are such lovely people nothing was too much trouble. Throughout our whole stay it felt like a home from home. The property was extremely clean and well kept. Claudia is an exceptional cook her food is delicious - the canales are to die for! The pool and garden are beautiful great for relaxation and to enjoy a nice glass of wine of an evening. Great location - we drove to St Emillion, cognac, Dordogne, La Rochelle, Arcachon & Dune de Pilat! All well worth a visit! We can’t thank them enough and really can’t wait to return.
