“Quiet country stay in luxury that is fit for Royalty”
Well appointed with furnishing and breakfast food. A lovely country drive out to the property approx 3.5 kms out of town. Very scenic views to wake to each morning Hosts allowed us privacy and there was a quality conversation to both upon leaving the premises.

Loved the peaceful setting, comfortable and private accommodation with a fantastic pool. Geoff the host is a lovely man who goes above and beyond to assist you during your stay. Loved the 2 horses as well. Will definitely be staying there in the future. 10/10.

“Great place to recoup mental energy”
We were met at the property ,lovely peaceful location. Spacious accomodation. Bonus was breakfast supplied. Owners on site so if there was any problem , they were there with a smile on their face. Brief power failure-penny brought a thermos of hot water so we could have some coffee, a life saver lol

Wonderful setting, wonderful property and wonderful hosts. Penny and Geoff were very friendly and helpful (but always mindful of our privacy). And the breakfast supplies were generous. The accommodation had everything we needed such as seating areas outside, lovely views and garden and a great swimming pool. We saw cows and their calves on a daily basis, kangaroos on a neighbouring property one night and bats on another night. We did lots of walks and sightseeing so it was nice to come back to such a tranquil place. What was there not to like?

Geoffrey was a great host, friendly and approachable, he met us out the front when we arrived, showed us around and then generally left us in peace. :) We commented to him on the second day that everything was fine but in the future the kitchen could maybe use a spatula (for frying eggs) and he came back later to give us one. The place is nice and quiet, you can barely tell there are other people in the house. The view from the living room is really nice, you can sit and watch the cows chilling. There's even a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother, for coffee addicts like myself. Location is great, you're out in the country but also super close to Berry for anything you need, car is about 5min but it's also walkable if you really like walking.
