Most of everything the location and the yard with swimming pool and a lake view. It was very clean, the host is nice and professional and it is really good value for the money. Also the litle town Berovo is very cosy, the people are nice and the food is excellent

“Comfortable and refreshing”
Vila Ivan has all the necessary amenities that made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The premises are beautiful, the vila is surrounded by a forest, the garden is spacious and well kept. There is a hammock, a special wooden swing by the pool and a gazebo offering a spectacular view. It is so relaxing and serene. The air is so fresh and the lake is very near, just a few minutes away. Highly recommend!
