“Simply perfect.”
We loved everything about the place, from the friendly staff the moment we walked in, to the delicious dinner we had that evening, the beautiful town of Bernried, to the very roomy and comfortable room. Everything was perfect!

“Very quiet village, good for walks”
It's a lovely place to stay in a very quiet village. Great if you enjoy walking to the next towns north and south. Great area for walking. The hotel was nice with a good atmosphere in the evening. Note they were closed on the Wednesday when I arrived. So that severely limits the options for eating in the evening. Room was quiet with a large modern bathroom. Very easy to get a train to the next village to experience a true lakeside biergarten. That was superb.

“Excellent stay for a wedding at Schloss Hohenried”
Traditional German hotel with lovely rooms and ours had a balcony where we could enjoy the sunny evenings. Really nice room for breakfast too and a great beer garden. The staff made such an effort to accommodate me as a coeliac with delicious gluten free bread already waiting on my table at breakfast.

Outstanding service and welcome, so very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and a good size with a big bath and shower Found us a parking space even though the carpark was full and arranged for dinner which was outrageously good with brilliant service. In conclusion, great people, food, room and service. Thank you 😊
