The room was OK for the price. The beach was in walking distance (10 minutes). The room was spacious. Free parking space.

We chose the Auberge because we were getting the ferry early the following morning and it was only a 30 minute drive to the port. We were greeted very warmly and were very pleasantly surprised by the property. It has lovely grounds and it would be a great venue for an event. The village is quite remote so we booked a table for our evening meal and it was amazing, it was the best meal we had in France. Our room was clean and we had a lovely night's sleep in the big comfy bed.

It's a grand building, looking so french with cobbled stone walls and a beautifully landscaped grounds. It's so clean - like new - and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are large and the shower worked a treat! Breakfast was included and was fresh, varied and plentiful - large fresh croissants and pain au chocolats, cereals, breads, meats, cheeses, yoghurt...... which we could eat outside 😀 The small swimming pool was occupied by just the two of us so was a great addition to our experience.

Good value and good location very near the coast. Newly built rooms in a traditional style building. It also has its own indoor swimming pool. Evening meal can be available but depends on day of the week or other functions going on.

The decor was simple but well done. Some nice touches like stone walls and wooden ceiling beams. Quiet location. The indoor pool was a bonus. We liked that there were some simple meals on the menu at reasonable prices. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. We stayed two nights and the location was perfect for visiting the Normandy beaches.
