Quite place. check in was quite easy. room size is big.

The host did not answer their phone to provide check-in details. We arrived at 9:37 pm, before the last check-in time (10:00 pm), but received no response. We waited outside for two hours in –2°C weather while in contact with Booking support, which unfortunately was not very helpful. Eventually, we had to spend the night in a different hotel instead of this accommodation.

The communication with the team was on time and immaculate. The room was small but really well-equipped. We had everything we needed. I really appreciated how cosy and warm it was. Thank you!

“Very basic room with little value for money”

The location is beautiful and peaceful, with a nice view over the lake. Check-in was smooth via WhatsApp and the key box at the door, which made arrival easy. There was also a small rug and a food bowl provided for our dog, which we appreciated (though the bowl could have been cleaner).

Lovely small hotel with views of lake from breakfast area. They have key boxes which was really great as we were stuck in traffic and arrived late so being able to obtain the key easily was a bonus! Very friend owner would definitely stay again here next year.

We only stopped here for a break while having a long drive. The place is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the host was exceptionally nice and friendly.

We had been driving for over 7 hours and booked here last minute. An immediate response with all the information we required was very comforting to know before our arrival. The building and accomodation was immaculate, finished with good taste. Views from balcony overlooking the Chiemsee lake. Host was excellent and very attentive, thank you for the christmas beer. If in the area would certainly book again. Thank you

“Great, quiet budget friendly stay with lovely views”

Great budget accommodation on our way between Salzburg and Munich. Comfortable, cosy and warm. As we stayed off season it was self check in and very quiet. We had nice view from our room and would recommend to anyone looking for quiet stay for very good price. The owners got in touch via WhatsApp when they saw we were foreigners so they made it extra easy for us with the self check in.

Absolutely fantastic choice if you like quiet countryside location. Cozy guesthouse on a hill with a nature surroundings and nice views to the lake.

The view is amazing, coffee in the room is a big plus. Close location to main road if you are stoppingby on your way.

They were able to accommodate us on a very short notice which was very much appreciated. The house and room were very clean and well maintained. The view over some greenery and the Chiemsee was nice. The location was convenient.
