Location was great, a wee walk up from the main town centre. The only thing to note is that there is a door on the right hand side by the gate (at the location on Google maps) which you can knock on for check in if it isn’t open. I was a bit confused by that, but otherwise the stay was pleasant. Room was basic but clean and quiet.

“Magical getaway in a magic town”
The hotel is a hidden gem. It is a bit of a walk up a hill away from the main centre of town (approx. 10 minutes), but that's its magic. The main road and the centre of town are loud and hectic on weekends, and come to life with construction trucks during the night. Being a bit away from the bustle is great. The room was fun and quirky. The water pressure was almost too strong, and the hot water was endless. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They let us store our bags for a few hours before check-in. The common areas are really pleasant.

“Do not go to this accommodation”
The booking conditions seemed to be good (prize and paying at the arrival at the hotel), but the hotel changed the conditions out of the booking platform unilaterally (using whatsapp) which is not legal. We did not receive the message and cancelled our reservation. At the moment we arrived there they informed us about the cancellation.

“great value!”
There was really nice shared facilities such as a roof top deck and picnic area as well as a grill. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, sometimes on the colder side but extra blankets were available upon request.

Cheap option within walking distance of the centre. Safe parking on-site, perfect as a stop over on the way to the hills.

“Passable”
They tried to charge me twice for the room, luckily the bank realized it. Staff was not very communicative. Not enough air, you have to open the door since the window is tiny and at the entrance.

“HORRIBLE experience with a non-responsive manager!!”
Loud construction machines ripping up concrete floors for days! Loud music from workers too! Very disruptive & not peaceful. The owner Adriana said she would give me a 50% refund for the constant headaches from daily construction, but lied. They lied about how long the construction was. It was still happening as I left. Staff are often not at the desk or there if you need anything. She ignored my messages and refused to do what she said. Horrible experience all around! Not at all peaceful as tjey claim...They even closed the terrace and look out area due to construction. It was Loud, dusty, and a mess!!
