No Fan in the room as so hot and if window opened the traffic noise unbearable.We had a fan the next night because we pressed for it.They should ensure they have a fan for every room. Breakfast choices very limited Room decorations very dated

The room was cold and the heating didn't work. Only the one in the bathroom, but was not enough to heat up the room. The facilities were ok and everything seemed cleaned, but for the price I was expecting better, maybe a larger bed and more blankets. In terms of staff and breakfast, everything was perfect.

“All you need”
Very comfortable and good equipped room. Tasty breakfast, free parking. Hotel close to train station, it is easy to get to Berno city center.

“Never again”
Beds are way too small. not suitable for grown ups. worse than a hostel. Shower space too small. Way Too expensive for what was offered. hotel is not set in a major city for charging such rate.

Nobody's of staff present in hotel Sunday. I cannot comunicate with nobody that I need to leave early Monday morning. I try to call the number but nobody answer. So, Monday morning I leave with no chance to pay and no breakfast. Furthermore, also If I wrote 2 message to the staff for the payment, they tray several time (12) to take money from my card. My bank suspected a froud and it blocked my card, with great inconvenient for me. How is possible that an hotel do not give relevant communication to the client? How is possible that an hotel is closed with client inside? How is possible that an hotel do not answer to the phone? And If I had an emergency or a problem? No staff present. This is absolutely incortect

“Cute stay from the city Center”
I liked the fact that it was easily accessible by public transport and the location was incredibly quiet and gave me inn vibes. Also the shower gel they provide smells divine and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. At first glances the place does take you aback, especially if you’re expecting something fancy but overall I was pleasantly surprised and would for sure stay again. The only person I met that helped check me in - Mayer Hoffer (not sure if I spelt that right) - was also Incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay.
