Amazing location. Right next to the bern bears. Lovely walks in surrounding area, and lovely to be right next to river Aare. It feels more like a home than a hotel.

Beautiful location right near the river and the bear pit, right on the edge of the historic old town. Cozy old building with super friendly and helpful staff. Food was amazing, I highly recommend having lunch or dinner at their restaurant. Lots of small stairs to get up to the top floor, but it was well worth it!

Great hotel Perfect for visiting Bern. We had an excellent stay. Comfortable, and very welcoming staff. Very nice breakfast too.

This was the worst breakfast I’ve ever had in all my travels. Breakfast is technically included and you pay for it, but in reality you leave hungry because there’s absolutely nothing to eat.

A vibrant and cosy vibe. The room was hug and the beds were super comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. We felt so at home and really loved our time there. The breakfast was also delicious and huge! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely return.

Right alongside the beautiful Aare River, the hotel oozes old-world charm. All the staff were welcoming and helpful, breakfast in the dining room was delicious. A perfect introduction to Bern.

Everything was fantastic. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was shared but I found it free whenever I needed to use it. The breakfast was very tasty and there was a communal Nespresso machine in the lounge. The location is exceptional.

“Central Location + Nice Breakfast!”

I loved the location! It’s in the Old City - Central to all touristy spots and Aare river scenes! We booked the bigger room so it was nice and comfy! The staff was friendly as well.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The room and lounge were both beautiful and spotlessly clean. During breakfast, the front desk staff noticed that my coffee cup was empty and kindly offered to make me another one such a thoughtful and attentive gesture. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and small touches that made my stay special. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Bern!
