The hotel and the location were wonderful, and I really liked the room. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Overall, everything was great, except that the sink was not properly cleaned and should have been washed more thoroughly. Other than that, I have no complaints.

“Absolutely perfect location for exploring Bern old town.”
Everything - the location is absolutely spot on- the rom commensurate with what we paid for it, room faced the road so some tram noise but didn't prevent us sleeping, everything about our visit was exactly as described and what we hoped for - perfect of one or two night stay in Bern old town.

“Comfy hotel right in the heart of Bern”
Complimentary shaving kit and toothbrush and toothpaste, comfy beds excellent location. We didn't have the breakfast but we went out. Staff let us leave our bags there to explore across the bridge.

“Wonderful hotel close to everything”
Wonderful little hotel, staff were exceptional, close to everything, 10min stroll from HBF. 5min walk to Bear Park, this boutique hotel is very comfortable, very clean with free Tea & coffee in your room.

Excellent location in Old Town down near the river and the bears. Very helpful staff when I required a doctor. Very close to shops and restaurants and adjacent to bus stop.
