Rosh was our lovely host. She recommended to do the crocodile night tour which was an adventure! It was scary and exciting at the same time. A once in a lifetime experience to get this close to a crocodile. Room was spacious and set in a beautiful garden.

The location is excellent if you are interested in seeing the Howler monkeys up close or trying a night canoe to see crocodiles. Both these activities were excellent.

Unfortunately, I didn't meet anybody over there. I tried to call them after a long walk and bus rude because it is really not that easy to reach this resort. It is nicely located just close to Altun Ha, and in this area is a wonderful jungle. But until the evening with heavy rain 🌧 I didn't get the owners. Yhen they told me they cancelled it but I didn't have any message from them, only they have constructions in this particular cabana and if I would be okay with another one, but booking.com didn't let me out of the agreement. It is very isolated over there, and especially over holidays, nothing is open, no other resort, not even a restaurant or food shop. I was lucky their friendly neighbours let me sleep over their bc it was a sharp rain, no public bus, nothing over there, they talked to the owner and said, they would come tomorrow but they didn't, when I let the neighbours reach out for them again. Theanswered they can only come on 26.12.25, remember it was was Christmas, they offered me from 26.12.25 some more day and better pr8ce but 8 have Unfortunately a fixed schedule and could not go fo it. I feel very bad for their customers to be so unreliable and I wouldn't recommend to go their, there was not even a sorry or excuse and I had to fight for my money to get back for days and services I didn't get .nethertheless a Merry Christmas and a happy new year 🎉.

The Night Crocodile Hike was an incredible experience. We saw numerous crocodiles along the way, as well as a variety of other aquatic wildlife. The scenery was beautiful, and the whole adventure was both exciting and memorable!

Lovely location with excellent cabanas, and brilliant wildlife, both birds and howler monkeys. We booked Althun Ha and The Canoe River trip with Roy. We highly recommend them, the guides were fantastic! If you want to get away from it all, this is the place!The only downside, we were there for 5 nights and the meals were very repetitive,particularly breakfast

The cabin was the best I have stayed in so far in Belize. Roy was very friendly and helpful. Collected me from my hotel in Belize City as no bus on Sundays Close to the Howler Monkeys Food was good and also did my laundry which was ready the same day.

Location ideal for baboon sanctuary, and maybe exploring a bit - maybe because our visit was much affected by rain (still a good visit to the monkeys though). Nice lunch. Quiet. Decent bed. Effective aircon/fan. We were in the cheapest hut, which has two bedrooms and one bathroom, mid December, the only guests one of our two nights.

Nice stay. Friendly host. A good getaway location. Delicious food, and free and tasty mangos every day.

This place is in the middle of no where, we turned up after a long drive and no one was there, the whole place was closed. We had to find last minute accommodation which was significantly more expensive and never had any communication from the owner about this. Luckily the neighbour helped us as we had no internet access and couldn't phone anyone. They were able to phone a different hotel near by that could accommodate us otherwise we would have had nowhere to sleep.

Location was great for walking to the area where the Howler Monkeys were hanging out in the morning. Small local convenience store only 3 minutes away. Local chicken lunch only 3 minutes away.
