“it was disappointing and we would not book the property again. we moved to a motel nearby”

the location opposite the wharf is good and if the landscaping, outside maintenance, curtain repairs, cement paths, etc were corrected then this property would be more suitable to rent. The current photos on the site are not reflective of the standard of the property
