The room was clean and ample for needs, the breakfast staff were friendly and I liked the fresh ginger and mint. The help desk staff were very nice and able to give me all the information I needed

The breakfast was really good, no notes. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was perfect for two people.

+ The bedroom? A solid 10. Comfortable, quiet, exactly what you want after a long day in Berlin. + Breakfast? Another 10. Generous, tasty, and honestly one of the highlights of the stay.

Nothing! The room that they checked me in had an intense sewage smell, it was impossible to even stay in the room, the wifi was very weak and the reception person was very rude. I was charged in full even though I left after 1 night staying there. Instead of a double room I was put in the attic at the 7th floor where they didn't even have an elevator. The staff kept avoiding my questions about my refund referring to their manager who was never at the hotel. It's been almost 3 weeks I can't get my refund, I called twice and it's the same response: We are waiting for the manager. Poor communication skills, hotel is old and poorly isolated. Their approach to guests is very poor and I'm glad I made the decision to leave.

“Great place with an arrogant receptionist”

The room was nice as well as the receptionist working night. Especially after my bad experience with the first receptionist it was great that her colleague chose to listen and helped answer my questions without trying to antagonize me.

“Overall a great stay and long-awaited sleep-in”

Great location and easy acces to the train/underground. No problem with the check-in and check-out and the hours of it are very accommodating as well. Accessible parking spots for not as high of a price as in the near by hotels. Tasty breakfast with wide variety of foods - you can eat something different for the whole weekend.

The real comfortable room was efficient big place comfortable beds bi room size and the breakfast was reealy good with good people

“Nice stay during Lolla weekend :)”

Me and my brother stayed in this hotel for three nights during Lollapalooza festival. Location was very good as it was only couple of train stops aways from Olympicstadion. We didn't have time to visit Berlin city center, but it wouldn't have been hard to travel there as this hotel is walking distance from Charlottenburg train stop. We used S-bahn for traveling. You can easily travel from airport to Charlottenburg stop by S9 train. It is an hour ride, but it was nice to see Berlin through train window. Check-in was easy and staff was very nice, warm and welcoming. We also had hotel breakfast, which for us was okay - there is many drink options, different cereal, sandwich material, warm food and some sweets. The bread selection was very good in my opinion. Room was small, but very cozy. It definately had some spots here and there that could need some refreshment, but we didn't mind. Our room was on the second floor facing parking lot and I would say that it was rather quiet.

“Great hotel but sound isolation could be better”

I stayed alone for one night in a regular room, the room and the hotel seems freshly renovated, everything is still new and looks and works as expected. Room was very clean, spacious enough and very comfortable beds too.
