The staff told me the tea and coffee is included in the room price and I can finish them if I wish to. My family and I really liked the mixtures and took it with us because of this info from the staff. 5 mins after our arrival, the staff called me and told me I have to bring the tea or they will charge me 50 euros for it. I told them I took it because their staff told me this and the person on the phone said the staff miscommunicated it, so I still have to bring it back. Ridiculous problem solving ‘skills’.

The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room itself was beautiful and very clean. The shower products were from a great brand as well. A huge thank you to the receptionist, Himanshu Bhardwaj, for the quick responses, helpful navigation, and positive attitude. The staff was just wonderful! Nice and positive people. It was such a wonderful experience — everything was perfect.

The staff were exceptional and the room was beautifully presented. We loved the decor and the fact that the windows faced inwards, which was much better than looking out on to the street. The bathroom is extremely modern and outstandingly clean, so no complaints there!

The staff at the Wil7 are absolutely delightful and look after you so well at breakfast. The breakfasts are terrific. The rooms, while clean (and the bathroom had a bath which was a real bonus) are a bit of a tight fit (particularly around the bed). The location of the hotel is really good - very close to the Berlin Wall and several museums and places of interest. Don't be put off by the outside of the building - graffiti is par for the course in Berlin!

We loved this boutique hotel. Ten min walk from checkpoint Charlie. Extremely clean, very comfortable bed, very modern bathroom. All rooms on the ground floor in a 130 year old building. Decor is bright and welcoming. Good quality towels and shampoo/conditioner. The staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. Fabulous breakfast with a variety of teas and fresh coffee. The owners are delightful and nothing was a problem. They were happy to spend time with us to give us some tips and ideas of where to go.

“Berlin weekend”

the location of the hotel is very good, close to subway, and walking distance to checkpoint charlie (10 mins) and Potsdamer Platz (20min), so for shopping and restaurants are quite convenient. the room is located in a building 130 years old. the bed is good, design is nice. it was fully renovated, but you can already see it is being a bit worn out.

“Overall really great place to stay”

Very comfortable room in a central but quiet part of Berlin, close to U + S Bahn and buses so very easy to get around. The room was clean and light - you do look straight into a courtyard so not super private except that no one seemed to be using the courtyard at all so that wasn’t an issue for me. Shower is great, bed really comfortable, nice touches like a teapot and leaf tea which is quite unusual I think. Easy walk to Kreuzberg market and shops or you can easily catch the bus too from one street away. Also quick and way bus ride to central train station. Hosts were great, friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast, staff, courtyard, high ceiling rooms. I stayed in two separate rooms with my sister and it really felt like we lived in the same house. It was just excellent.
