TRIO Apartment Hotel Berlin is 9 km east of Alexanderplatz, and is just a 15-minute journey by suburban train. The apartments are set in an area of listed heritage buildings. The studios and apartments boast high-end amenities, high functionality and are designed for self-sufficiency. A door code system allows access around the clock and there is camera surveillance in all non-private areas. There are hotel parking spaces available. Hiking and cycling can be enjoyed nearby. Gastronomic facilities such as a brewery, beer garden and restaurant are in the immediate vicinity. Supermarkets and facilities for daily needs are within walking distance.

Our stay in the apartment was truly wonderful. The location is quiet and convenient, with an S-Bahn station just a 10-minute walk away and a supermarket nearby. The room was very well equipped — there was a great and very diverse selection of dishes, everything needed for cooking, a hairdryer, etc. Another advantage was the availability of a laundry service, which was very convenient. It was offered for an additional fee of €4.

Very clean and plenty of storage. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth as there was no obligation to empty bins or strip beds upon leaving like in a lot of self catering apartments. A couple of nice restaurants next nearby which we ate at.

“Affordable but remote hotel”
Trio Apartment Hotel is a nice and modern building with proper security and a 24/7 self-check-in option. The apartments satisfy all necessary needs with appropriate amenities. Besides, it is far from traffic and public transportation, thus in a quiet location.

Worst choice !!!!! I arrived at this hotel tired after 1800 km of driving hoping to rest but unfortunately for me it was not so. I could have slept better in the car than at this hotel ! The walls of this hotel are simply made of cardboard. All evening I heard the neighbours talking and at night I counted how many times they coughed! I made a reservation for 4 nights, after the first and second night, I talked to the hotel staff to change my stay. They told me to talk to Booking, and when they were contacted by two representatives of Booking, they said that they could not change my period of stay only if I paid a fee of 240 € even though my period of stay cost 270 €.I wrote to them asking why they could not change my period of stay, and they did not even bother to answer me. "That's what I regard as theft!" And when I told them it was noisy they had no reaction, as it was normal. Personally I prefer to sleep in the car rather than repeat something like that! I wish you luck in your travel plans!

“Was good value for the money we spend.”
The property was good and as mentioned during booking. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave toaster coffee machine etc. Bath was well equipped with shower gel hot water etc. Beds were comfortable and clean.The access is well secured with access cards. wifi was very reliable and working all the time. There is a Netto like 500 meters from room and there are tram and train station like 1.5km from room. All together I will recommend the room for peoples looking for a good stay with value of money.

Room on the smaller side but it was clean and had all kitchen appliances that you needed. Train and bus station about 1 kilometre walk from hotel. There was a restaurant across from hotel. Grocery shop near train station.
