Great location! Gorgeous neighborhood full of beautiful villas, majestic old trees and a major Baltic seaside vibe. The nature is just around the corner and the place is really peaceful and quiet, quite good for people such as myself who are tired of the city noise and get easily triggered by it. (Although the walls seemed quite thin and I could sometimes hear the neighbours, luckily not during the night.) The staff is friendly and helpful and the communication smooth. The breakfast was plentiful and really yummy, it's definitely worth the 10 EUR. (Just one tiny thing: there was nothing hot to eat, I'd appreciate at least some scrambled eggs.) As for the apartment, there was plenty of space and storage room and the balcony was a pleasant bonus. It was quite nice to stay there. Also, the S-bahn is near (10-15 min walk) and it's very convenient and quick to travel to different locations in the city.

The house is in a quiet road and the parking was ok. Breakfast was basic but fresh and ok for us.

The room was big and full of light. The people that work there extremely nice and helpful.

I loved the size of the room. The property is close to the Grunewald and it is easy to do long walks. Quiet if one has a room to the back.

Located in a truly nice place and quite indeed. The staffs are kind and the room was clean. I think is a great value for the money and I'll consider it again for my future trips to Berlin for sure. The area is an excellent example of German architecture and beautiful if you are a kind of person to seeking these type of situation. If you are not attend at the breakfast barely would see anybody so somehow feeling like your own apartment. Besides, the surroundings area is a perfect place for walking or cycling if you have time.

Beautiful property, nice, clean and comfortable. Beautiful neighbourhood and area. Easy to check in and out, didn’t need to talk to anyone.

“Perfect location and good value for the money.”

The location is excellent - very quiet, surrounded by huge trees, it felt like in the middle of a forest. Moreover, it was easy to reach - just about 25 minutes by public transport (S7) from the main train station plus 10 minutes walking. Room was bigger than expected with comfortable beds so we had a nice sleep after all-day activities. Breakfast was delicious with great variety of everything - everyone is able to choose their preferred combination. We definitely recommend staying at Tillmans Haus.
