Great stay, good value for money. -- Convenient location - super close to Karlshorst station, which was very convenient, and also to Netto Discount Market, and another supermarket within 5 min walk - EDEKA that has a wider selection. Plus, you can just go downstairs to CO.ME.IN FOOD & COFFEE and enjoy your good coffee and a snack in the morning or any time of day from 7 or 8 am until 6 or 7 pm, depending on the day of the week. -- The apartment was clean, pleasant and functional, it had everything we needed. It'd be nice if there was a small shelf in the shower, but it's okay. -- It is great that you can access the supply closet on your floor with your room key card and get cleaning supplies if needed, toilet paper, bin liner, an extra pillow. Both me and my husband got an extra pillow each on our first night, as they were a bit small and flat to use just one - two made it comfortable. -- There is a rubbish and recycling room on the ground floor outside that can also be accessed with your room key card, to take your rubbish and recycling there and sort it yourself. -- The bed was okay. -- It was convenient having a kitchenette. There was a frying pan and two pans available. The cooktop has two burners, but you cannot use both at the same time as the pan is too large, so - only one at a time. Also, we could do with a lid for a frying pan, but we have managed without it. The kitchenette was equipped with everything you might need to cook and eat, even the chopping board, strainer, scissors, which was nice. When you cook make sure you switch on the extractor hood to avoid triggering the fire alarm. -- We stayed for 9 nights - the room was cleaned once during our stay, and it was enough, as we kept it clean ourselves the rest of our stay. -- Doing your laundry is also available in the building, but we did not use this service. -- Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's impossible to contact the property. When I arrived from another city, the front desk system checked me out! I was left without a place to stay!!! In the middle of the night! Now, despite proof of this, the property is refusing to refund my reservation!

Location was very good for me-close to event site and local S Bahn station, making it very easy to get around. Imbiss close by for late night food.

Perfect location, just by the Karlshorst S-Bahns station, so communication was not an issue. Very quiet place, great shower, everything clean.

“Disappointing”

The elevator is broken, it doesn't recognise door entry cards properly. The shower is very low pressure, it's not like a hotel. The shower door is fitted incorrectly so I wasted the small amount of towels provided mopping that up. There is loud ventilation in the room that wakes you up at 6am and you can't turn it off. I messaged the management via the booking app I used and they told me they would send someone to fix the problems, but no one came.

Clean apartment with a hotel service. Coffee, towels and soaps were prepared. They made the trash empty, washed up dishes and I think they washed and dried my clothes while I was not in the aparment, but I am not 100% sure. Close to the public transport. If you arrive in the night, do not be surprised if the lights does not work while you entry the dark apartment for the first time - plugging in the hotel card is needed only. The noise of trains and trams next to the window is not as loud as expected.

Good location, close to the train and tram, as well as many grocery shops near by. The property and room had a clean general appearance. The check-in and check-out was also convenient and easy. Plus for the dishwasher and blackout curtains!

This is my second time staying at Karlshorst Aparthotel, and I can confidently say that I absolutely love this place. The area is really pleasant—quiet but well connected, with the train right next to the property, making everything extremely convenient. I really appreciate the services offered as well: the bar downstairs is a great bonus, perfect for starting or ending the day. The self check-in and check-out process is simple and smooth, ideal for anyone looking for flexibility. Another strong point is the staff’s availability online—they are always reachable via WhatsApp and ready to help at any time. Overall, once again a very positive experience.
