“I would say they need to work on their coordination and staff more.”
I liked the bed and the window frame of the room. I made a remark regarding the coffee machine and they fixed it right away. We asked a set of towels they bought them right up.

Excellent location with Tiergarten a short walk away and also not far from an Ubahn station to conveniently get around the rest of the city. The staff were very friendly on check-in and check-out. The room was very comfortable, nicely sized

“Passable”
Mattress seems to be old with dents in the middle- not comfortable at all for sleeping. I needed empty bowl and a spoon. I was advised to go down and collect it as otherwise I will be charged even for empty bowl. TV had no English channels. On the second day, bed and towel were left as it is without tidying up. Carpets looked old.
